The consulting practice built its name understanding human behavior in the highest-stakes settings; the Learning & Success Center brings that same expertise to a different question — how do we help every learner succeed?

Founder
Dr. Elimene Merizier, PhD
Dr. Elimene Merizier is the founder of R.I.S.E. Consulting Services, LLC, holding a PhD in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Victimology from Walden University (2024), along with a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology, also from Walden University. She is a First Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and a service-connected disabled veteran, with over 15 years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training curricula. The R.I.S.E. Learning & Success Center extends that same behavioral-science expertise into education — helping students, families, veterans, and adult learners understand how they learn best, with a particular focus on serving military-connected families and adult learners returning to the classroom.
Our boundary
What we are — and what we're not
We are an educational assessment and coaching practice. Our profiles describe learning preferences, habits, and skills, and every service we offer is non-diagnostic and non-clinical. We do not diagnose learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, or any condition — and when a family needs that kind of evaluation, we help them prepare for it and connect with appropriately licensed professionals. That boundary isn't fine print to us; it's how we practice.
