R.I.S.E. Learning & Success Center

Emotional Regulation & EQ Assessments

Two paid assessments that show how a young person handles big feelings — one completed by the student, one by a parent — scored by a R.I.S.E. practitioner and returned as a written report with a feedback session.

This is a paid R.I.S.E. Assessment System™ instrument, not a free screening tool. $300 covers both assessments — the student self-report and the parent observation — plus scoring and a detailed roadmap for parents and students. Any coaching sessions that follow are billed at the coaching rates already listed on this site. Pricing is the same for every family: private pay and Step Up For Students (StepUp) scholarship funds are both accepted.

Two instruments, two points of view

Each instrument has a student self-report and a matching parent observation form. When both are completed, the practitioner also looks at where the two views line up and where they differ.

How families pay

Private pay by card, or Step Up For Students (StepUp) scholarship funds. The price is the same either way. If you are using StepUp funds, choose that option and our team will send the invoice and paperwork directly — StepUp funding is authorized manually, the same as our coaching services.

What you receive

A practitioner-reviewed written report in plain language: strengths, areas to build, and a short roadmap of practices that match the R.I.S.E. Student & Parent Workbook — plus a feedback session to talk it through.
